We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our local country entity's financial strategy, execution, and management.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the local management team through economic analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities will extend to effective working capital and treasury management, tax compliance, and audit activities.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial success of our local operations while actively participating in strategic decision-making at both local and group levels.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines, preferably with auditing background from an auditor or client perspective or both
Updated knowledge of the local tax system and local commercial laws
At least 3 5 years of supervisory or managerial work experience in finance, audit or accounting work
Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast paced environment
Detail oriented and can work under pressure, Analytical, quantitative, systematic and organized
Fluent in English both verbal and written forms
Good functional knowledge of Excel and finance/accounting software
Independent, with initiative, high level of focused energy and great interpersonal skills
Previous experience with Insurance brokerage business is a plus
SAP knowledge preferred but not a must
