    The Role

    • Support, implement, monitor, and set the O365 environment, with respect of the standards of the group and the support processes
    • The second level of operational support
    • Automate tasks in scripting (PowerShell, GAM, office scripts) to match business needs and improve the support, KPIs, workflows, and reporting
    • Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation
    • Documents O365 configuration and architecture, update/create standard operating procedures, and brief team members and key users.
    • Participate in emerging projects and act at the technical level and as the liaison for the rest of their department
    • Proactive in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency, and life cycle over the email system, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality, and performance of these system infrastructures.

    Ideal Profile

    • More than 3 years of experience in O365 administration and troubleshooting
    • 1 year of scripting preferably but not limited to office scripting or PowerShell
    • MS O365 functionality and administration (eg. Office, Sharepoint, Exchange, Lync, Teams)
    • Working knowledge of DNS
    • Working knowledge of Google G Suite functionality
    • Working knowledge in Lumapps and AODOCS
    • Working knowledge of Chromebook and Chromebook for Meeting
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager
    • Willing to go on a shifting schedule to achieve 24×7 coverage for the team
    • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
    • Ability to understand business constraints
    • Willing to work 3x a week onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
