    • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging opportunities and gaps in the insurance landscape
    • Define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies based on customer needs and competitive positioning
    • Establish product roadmaps and timelines, overseeing the entire product lifecycle with precision and efficiency
    • Regularly monitor product performance, conducting in-depth reviews and analysis to identify areas for enhancement and expansion
    • Craft comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, distribution channels, and engaging promotional activities
    • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to translate innovative ideas into viable product concepts
    • Coordinate with training and support teams to ensure a seamless roll-out and implementation of new products across relevant stakeholders

    To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in product management, product development, or proposition management within the insurance industry.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
    • Deep understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
    • Demonstrated success in launching and managing insurance products from concept to market
    • A creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a relentless drive for innovation
