    Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and tax planning.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    • Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
    • Managecash flow, liquidity, and working capital efiectively to support businessoperations.

    Financial Reporting and AnalySis:

    • Prepare timely and accurate financialreports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements,variance snalysis,and KPls.
    • Provide insightful financial analysisand interpretation to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards financial goals.

    Investor Relations:

    • Serve as a key liaison with investors, analysts, aird financial institutions.
    • Prepare investor presentations and repols to communicate financial performance and growth prospects.
    • Support fundraising effols and strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and due diligence support.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and develop finance professionals, providing guidance and opportunities for skill enhancement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure to financial management and strategy development.
    • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
