    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to step into the role of Senior Head of Information Security.     What you'll do:

    As the Senior Head of the Information Security Division, you will play a pivotal role in defining the overall cybersecurity strategy. You will work closely with various teams across the organisation, fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity. Your primary focus will be to safeguard the group's digital assets by identifying potential threats and implementing robust security measures. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.     • Develop and implement a strategic, long-term information security vision and operating plan to protect company data and manage risk.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to raise awareness of risk management concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations relating to cybersecurity.
    • Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with the corporate strategic plan.
    • Manage the process of gathering, analysing and assessing current and future threats to the organisation.
    • Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches.

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings a wealth of experience in information security along with strong leadership skills. You should have proven expertise in developing effective security strategies, managing team performance, and promoting a culture of information security awareness. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. A deep understanding of risk management methods, cybersecurity technologies, and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.

    • Proven experience as a VP for Information Security, CISO or similar level role within information security.
    • In-depth knowledge of risk management methods and technologies.
    • Proficiency in developing policies that increase secure system practices guided by NIST, NERC-CIP, and ISO 27001: 2013, IEC/ISA 62443 standards and other relevant frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
    • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
