    About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enterprising candidate aspiring for growth in a multicultural, knowledge
    services environment. The Consultant will support in managing and delivery consulting projects in the areas of
    Business Continuity, Information and Data Security and Enterprise Risk Management. The candidate shall act
    as the face of the organization to local and regional customers; perform assessments and support
    documentation requirements, facilitate trainings and workshops, planning sessions; manage and maintain
    strong relationships with customers; articulate value generated through our engagement; and, work with the
    client team to help them achieve planned objectives.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities● Project delivery - Be an active part of consulting project teams (lead or support) to perform gap
    assessment, documentation, training/workshop facilitation and audits

    • Customer management - Track and report project progress regularly, escalate issues as necessary,
    manage expectations and key relationships.

    • Content development - Provide technical inputs and streamline training materials based on needs
    within the relevant subject matter

    • Business development support - Actively participate in client presentations for new projects and
    related research / preparation

    • Personal learning and growth - Invest time to learn new topics and get certified (where applicable) to
    grow professionally in related new age topics.
    Expectations● At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/ Science

    • 2-3 years of experience in Information security, Data privacy, Business continuity and Cybersecurity.
    • Knowledge on global frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 22301, ISO , COBIT etc.
    • Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment.
    • Experience in documentation, audits, technical reporting and workshops facilitation.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Detail-oriented, problem solving, analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
    • Open-minded and enthusiastic to engage with different stakeholders.
    • Experience working directly with customers.
    • Candidates with experience from consulting / audit industry are preferred
