    Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Help the executive management map and define relevant business processes, including the various system and institute appropriate controls wherever deemed necessary ensuring the quality standards are maintained.
    • Implement process improvement initiatives, optimizing process efficiency through introduction of productivity metrics and lead time to cycle completion and process project governance.
    • Provide support to managers in establishing Service Level Agreements and KPI's where necessary. Ensuring same is measured and reported to functional managers.
    • Depending on current business need, he/she may be tasked to support activities related to business process transition.
    • Drive best practice and information sharing.
    • Establish and communicate relevant authority/communication matrix relative to day-to-day process management.
    • Maintain regular communication with the key business partners with specific focus on risk areas and road blocks impacting the performance.

    Education and Qualification:

    • Graduate of Business, Engineering or any related course
    • At least 3 years of related experience from a shared services company or BPO
    • Business process improvement direct experience
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (at least trained but certified is preferred)
    • Knowledge of Project Management
    • Knowledge in Macro-programming or Automations will be a strong advantage
