    SMOOTHMOVES INC is currently seeking an Enrollment & Billing Associate to join our team. As an Enrollment & Billing Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the enrollment and billing processes for our customers and clients.

    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and client enrollment information, processing enrollment applications, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for our services. You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new customers, resolve any enrollment or billing issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain customer and client enrollment information database
    • Process enrollment applications and ensure accuracy and completeness of information
    • Coordinate with sales team to onboard new customers and resolve any enrollment issues
    • Generate and send invoices to customers and clients
    • Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support for enrollment and billing-related inquiries
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline enrollment and billing processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in enrollment and billing preferably with related experience in insurance industry
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry is a plus
