• A college degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Management with at least 10 years of experience in business analysis;
• College/University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering & Mathematics
• With a background in Banking, Financial, and Life Insurance business
• At least four (4) years of working experience in IT Business Systems Analysis.
• Must have strong logical analysis skills preferably with a systems design background and skills

• Must have strong analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data

• Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client-oriented
• Must be familiar with SQL
• Must be familiar with Office Automation tools such as MS Office and Outlook, preferably with knowledge in macro programming or report writer tools
• With high-stress tolerance and capable of dealing with all levels of management.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary
• 2x a week RTO
• CAN START ASAP
