    RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule by ensuring accurate data encoding
    • Reconciliation of balances and schedules
    • Ensure that transactions are properly recorded
    • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
    • Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
    • Process accounts payable and invoices for payments.
    • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
    • Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.



    QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting course.
    • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required.
    • At least 1-2 year's General Accounting/Finance experience.
    • Must have Finance and Audit background.
    • Proficient in Tax matters is an advantage.
    • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Strong understanding of accounting theory.
    • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill.
    • Meticulous and pay attention to details.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • New board passers are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Willing to work on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
