    Description:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update accounting records & files
    • Analyze budgets and create expense reports
    • Examine tax policies and handle tax payment and returns
    • Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues
    • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
    • Reconcile Bank Statements
    • Conduct month-end and year-end closures
    • Prepare documents for Audit
    • Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone
    • Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
    • Report to Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of BSAct or BS Accounting
    • Male / Female, between 25-30 years old
    • At least with 5 years' experience in Accounting jobs
    • Versed with Quickbooks Accounting Program
    • Familiar with Government Taxation for manufacturing
    • Detail-oriented, good with spreadsheets
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Confidentiality & Integrity
