- Be responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
- Ensure that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
- Monitors the attendance of staff and ensure that the department is adequately manned at all times
- prepares work schedule as well as leave availments and distributes work assignments effectively
- motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field at least 25-35 years of age, male or female
- must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse
