    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and oversee data architecture principles for both enterprise and solution architectures.
    • Define and update reference data architecture models.
    • Design data models to support business architecture implementation.
    • Manage database design throughout all project phases.
    • Continuously monitor data management performance, driving improvements and simplifying data architecture.
    • Document and disseminate data model information across teams.
    • Stay updated on data modeling concepts and best practices in the industry.
    • Collaborate with application and system engineers to optimize data architecture based on application needs.
    • Plan and establish a data architecture framework, including security, metadata, reference, and master data management.
    • Implement data management processes and protocols.
    Requirements:


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large data sets and developing complex data solutions (handling hundreds of terabytes from various sources).
    • Proficiency in data modeling and database design, adhering to industry best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle, and familiarity with other platforms like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
    • Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop and Cloudera.
    • Programming skills in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Python, Hive, Impala.
    • Knowledge of Data Streaming and Kafka.
    • Expertise in SQL tuning and performance optimization.
