    This is a remote position.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct cold calls to businesses daily to uncover finance needs.

    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

    • Follow up on warm leads to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.

    • Assist clients with documentation and onboarding processes.

    • Support the deal flow alongside the backend team, including credit, packaging, and lender submissions.

    • Focus on creating conversations, generating qualified opportunities, and feeding the sales pipeline.

    Who You Are

    • Confident on the phone and resilient in handling rejection.

    • Comfortable making 60–100 calls per day.

    • Energetic, coachable, and eager to learn about commercial finance.

    • Motivated by performance, growth, and measurable results.

    • Thrive in a structured, target-driven environment.
