    Profile:

    • Support and maintain existing clients Salesforce environments including resolving support incidents/issues
    • Support existing clients in providing solutions to their business needs in the context of Salesforce projects and maintain a relationship of collaboration and trust with them;
    • Ensure the client requirements are analyzed, documented and designed into technical requirements (user stories);
    • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to enhance the overall functionality of Salesforce applications.
    • Create release plan/Salesforce roadmap/Impact Assessments client environments
    • Participate in project delivery using agile best practices;
    • Understand and lead integration capabilities such as APIs, middleware, etc.
    • Ability to develop and optimize triggers, batch processes, and workflows in Apex
    • Support development team during the implementation and ongoing support of client Salesforce projects;
    • Validation of test cases for the requirements;
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionality
    • Coach and mentor junior/intermediate Salesforce consultants

    Responsibilities:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or management and/or software engineering
    • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a consultant or in a similar position
    • A minimum of 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience;
    • Strong knowledge of best practices and documentation in business analysis
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification (or other relevant Salesforce certifications) is a plus
    • Must have the mobility of travelling
    • Experience in an agile environment, an asset
    • Good oral and written communication skills in English
    • Be structured, organized, and have a good sense of priorities
