This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in our marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and enhancing our brand presence in a highly rewarding sector. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and optimising our omnichannel marketing strategy. Your focus will be on boosting customer engagement, enhancing lead generation, and improving sales and occupancy performance. This role involves:
. Leading and executing multi-channel branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, ensuring creativity, consistency, and effectiveness in reaching our target audience.
. Enhance and maintain Flip's brand image. Ensure consistent messaging across all activities, social media channels, blogs and third-party websites.
. Source, produce/manage, and share engaging, original content that drives brand storytelling across multiple digital and print platforms.
. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a unified and cohesive organisational approach.
. Analysing market data and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, EDM, inbound, and content marketing).
. Demonstrated experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
. Experience developing and managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Web Analytics.
. Experience in creating marketing campaigns.
. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
. Analytical skills to track and analyse marketing campaigns.
. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
. Experience working with telecommunications or entertainment industries is a plus.
