    Job Description

    1. Payroll Management:
      • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, and distribution of paychecks.
      • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
    2. Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
      • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and support the organization's talent acquisition and retention goals.
      • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation structures and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
    3. HR Generalist Support:
      • Provide HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
      • Assist in conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, handling employee inquiries, and managing HR documentation and records.
    4. Employee Relations:
      • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, policies and procedures.
      • Address and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with HR partners and management.
    5. Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices related to HR.
      • Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across HR functions.
    6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Utilize HRIS systems and data analytics tools to generate reports and analyze HR metrics for insights and decision-making purposes.
      • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic HR planning and business objectives.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, and HR generalist roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and strategic thinking.
