    Job Description

    Five9, a vibrant growing organization, is looking to hire a Telecom Project Manager. This role entails overseeing project plans, schedules, work hour budgets, stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are met promptly.

    To excel as a Telecom Project Manager, you must thrive under tight deadlines, possess proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel, and exhibit outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Related experience of at least three (3) years is advantageous.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversee all daily operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects
    • Develop Project Plans
    • Establish and define project timelines in collaboration with Program Manager and clients for go-lives
    • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and updates to internal staff and customer stakeholders
    • Articulate the value of [Company Name]'s Professional Services through presentations, demos, and discussions with clients and prospects
    • Consistently seek avenues to boost customer satisfaction and strengthen client partnerships by engaging effectively at all client organization levels
    • Create materials aligned with specific Sales and/or Services opportunity prerequisites
    • Plan, attend, and actively engage in stakeholder meetings
    • Record and follow up on crucial actions and decisions from meetings
    • Prepare essential presentation materials for client meetings
    • Undertake project tasks as necessary
    • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain all documentation suitably for each project in PSA Tool and Salesforce
    • Evaluate project risks and issues, offering applicable solutions
    • Manage stakeholder perspectives towards optimal solutions
    • Coordinate and lead meetings, action items, and allocate tasks and responsibilities to project and internal resources as needed
    • Engage in new project kickoff internally and gather project resources for the Program Manager as required

    Required Qualifications

    • Three years of experience in a related field, with a preference for Networking or telecom projects
    • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Capability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce
    • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines on various active projects
    • Openness to working US time or night shift schedules
