    We are looking for a highly motivated Medical VA. You will play a crucial role in providing medical support to our US-based healthcare clients.

    You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including patient data management, scheduling appointments, processing prescriptions, and providing administrative support to medical staff.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and update patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
    • Coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.
    • Process prescription orders and ensure timely delivery to patients.
    • Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, billing, and insurance verification.
    • Participate in telehealth sessions as needed, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and regulatory standards.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
    • At least 2 3 years as Medical VA.
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare management software.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, but not required.
