    We seek a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant/PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of administrative abilities and expertise in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating compelling presentations and performing various administrative tasks to support our fast-paced office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and Develop Presentations: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations featuring original graphics, charts, and infographics that match our brand's style
    • Excel Mastery: Utilize Excel to organize data and information effectively, crafting spreadsheets that support decision-making
    • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties including organizing travel, managing expense reports, preparing itineraries and agendas, and assembling documents for meetings
    • Communication: Showcase strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
    • Priority Management: Balance multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality

    Requirements

    • Experience: 3-5+ years in an administrative support role, preferably within consulting or marketing environments. Proven track record of creating professional PowerPoint decks and managing complex Excel spreadsheets
    • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office applications, with particular strengths in PowerPoint and Excel
    • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing top-quality work
    • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting, managing several priorities at once
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
