Job Description:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support as needed.
Assist with year-end audits and other financial activities as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

The requirement is has experience in bookkeeping and payroll, it is better to have experience in working for an Australian accounting firm.

Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Australian tax laws and regulations.
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping) is a plus.
Experience with payroll processing is desirable but not required.
