    Payroll Specialist, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Payroll Specialist is expected to:

    • Process full cycle semi-monthly and monthly payroll (including regular pay, bonuses, commissions, other variable pay and garnishments according to agreed payroll cut off dates and deadlines
    • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and retrieved data from workday reports and payroll input data from HR
    • Review workday report, data updates and prepare payroll input to payroll system/payroll templates against appropriate back up changes and employee related pay and deductions
    • Liase with payroll provider for in country related payroll specific queries and support needed for the business
    • Review payroll run reports and validation against the changes/inputs provided to payroll provider
    • Prepare payroll review and approval communication request to payroll manager
    • Review and validate Payroll funding invoices from iiPAY and update forecast with actual amounts
    • Prepare the payroll settlement uploads and bank approval request to treasury and banking team
    • Download and completion of all payroll related reports to Forcepoint archiving system
    • Ensure end to end payroll process completion, reconciliation with net pay payment, tax payments and communication to accounting team on reconciling variances
    • Provide internal and external audit support as needed by the business
    • Timely address and provide courteous and helpful advice in response to employee queries assigned from EMEA Payroll inbox
    • Ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks as required

    What it takes to be part of our team:

    • Minimum 2+years of payroll specialist and operational experience
    • International payroll experience, in a large company preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance related field
    • Knowledge of time and payroll systems required
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
