- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and grow social presence.
- Monitor digital traffic and ceonversions, including conversion pages, campaigns traffic sources, etc.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance and spend accordingly; Have the ability to scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; Create road map for future digital initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create web content and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Relevant work experience in corporate and/or marketing communications.
- Proven track record in initiating and managing Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a wide range of communications channels including traditional media, social media, digital platforms, podcasts and the like.
- Experience with development and production of employee and customer events.
- Experienced SEO content writer who enjoys writing and creating text that performs in Google and provides website visitors with a good experience; you know how to make pages inside a CMS. You have a strong understanding of keyword search and SEO structurally and writte.
- Proven track rcord in growing keywords and traffic to a website. You can demonstrate the business value that your website hav econtributed.
- Experience with Canva, Social Sprout, Adobe Experience Manager is a bonus.
- Ability to use Google Analytics, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools.
- Experience working with SEO tools such as SEMRush, experience in Hubspot or other marketing automation tools is a bonus.
