- Graveyard shift: 10 PM-7 AM (steady shift)
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in consultative selling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
- Identify customer needs and present product/service solutions accordingly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer loyalty.
- Can speak very good English.
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing or any sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- At least College Level; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
