    Position Overview

    Treasury and Business Finance (TBF) is responsible for managing Treasury and Investment Banking Finance controls and offering insights on Treasury and Business performance. TBF plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Bank's financial records. The team handles Product Control, ensuring transparent and precise valuation as well as regulatory compliance to safeguard the Bank's reputation. At Deutsche Bank, this team consists of diverse skilled professionals who analyze Risks, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, and engage with various stakeholders.

    The Revenue Control and Analysis team conducts daily Risk and Profit and Loss reporting for core businesses, guaranteeing accurate trade valuations for downstream Financial and Risk Reporting systems.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Conduct data completeness and integrity checks, resolve breaks, and address exceptions through adjustments or narratives
    • Generate daily Profit and Loss and Risk reports, analyze movements, and review risk profiles and market data changes
    • Assist in resolving Trader queries promptly, obtain final Profit and Loss sign-off from Traders
    • Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely resolution of breaks
    • Perform Quality Assurance checks and evaluate control effectiveness

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or Management Engineering; additional certifications like CPA, CFA, CMA, or a Master's Degree are advantageous
    • Demonstrate knowledge of financial products, markets, and understanding of US-GAAP/IAS
    • Strong skills in investigation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, with a change-oriented mindset for Deutsche Bank's transformation program
    • Experience in automation and proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic for Applications, Visual Basic, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx are beneficial
