- The team performs critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) ticket work allowing the IAM team members to focus on larger initiatives such as increasing CIS-20 compliance effectiveness.
- The key goals & deliverables of the project are the following:
- Accelerate the response to Identity and Access Management tickets in both ServiceNow and Jira covering requests for new roles, changes to roles, and onboarding/offboarding
- Perform research into ownership of various systems around the organization
- Troubleshoot/research access issues
- Provide support coverage for EMEA hours
- Document test cases and scripts as well as project processes and additional artifacts
- Defined Business Value:
- Resolving JIRA and ServiceNow tickets while providing clarity into existing access groups and business needs; increasing time for senior-level tasks.
- Resolve JIRA tickets assigned by the Content & Programs team; Provide source coding, test scripts, test cases and create artifacts as assignment.
- Utilize Seismic PowerPoint plugin to create dynamic presentations for the Sales partners and warehouse CSI content.
- The project's success will be measured by progress in resolving JIRA and ServiceNow tickets, clarity gained into existing access groups and business needs, and increased time for senior-level tasks.
- Demonstrable experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes
- Minimum 3 years in applicable IAM analysis roles
- Understanding of AD and AD groups, Google Suite permissions, network access.
- Excellent communication, documentation, planning, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity to determine resolutions
- Okta experience is needed
