    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure their needs and expectations are considered and addressed.
    • Responsible for overseeing legal matters, contracts, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations within an organization.
    • Responsible for monitoring and optimizing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
    • Responsible for providing assistance to the Management Associate in monitoring the corporate strategic plan for PH1 World Developers Inc.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 2-5 years work experience in process management and internal audit
    • Must have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Accountancy, or any other related field
    • CPA Certification is not required, but is a plus
    • Skills
    • Highly analytical and data-driven
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High proficiency in Excel
    • High project management and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
    • Confident to effectively interact with senior management
