    To provide operational support related to the creation and approval of threat and release activities
    following established procedures and standards.
    • Network Release Coordination
    • Receive and process release and threat requests, determine type of work activity, evaluate for compliance, determine activity risks.
    • Obtain authorization from affected customers, coordinate activities and issue approvals.
    • Arrange for media notification to the general public when a loss of emergency or other essential services for a community will occur.
    • Notify the government of hazardous conditions caused by infrastructure (aircraft in the area).
    • Document and track all network release and threat activity.
    • Discuss/explain process and information requirements with others and respond to any queries for all release and threat activity.
    • Skills and Knowledge of network structure and basic telephony.
    • Skills and Knowledge of Common Language Location identification.
    • Skills and Knowledge of job related systems and databases.
    • Skills and Knowledge of common business software applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead self, peers and teams as required.
    • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a team atmosphere.
    • Good coordination skills
    • Good customer service and communication skills (both oral and written).
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to handle a steep learning curve.
    • Knowledge of network structure
