    Process Analyst Manager

    What is this role about

    The BTS M&S Digital Customer Process Analyst Manager acts as a liaison between Businesspartners and Global Technical teams to implement the approved process changes.

    What will you do

    1)Business Analyst

    • Understanding business demand, functional design/user storypreparation according to the Marketing and Sales (M&S) global businessprocesses, including process flow, business rules, and data model requirements.

    2) Functional Area Ownership

    • Global Reference Model (GRM) specific areaownership, ensuring the functional roadmap evolution in the frame of a globaland standardized approach.

    3) Applications / Solutions Ownership & Maintenance

    • Applications maintenance inthe context of your functional workstream, providing expert knowledge ofbusiness processes and its related system functionality.
    • Close interaction withother involved teams to coordinate bug fixing, change request implementation,and service operations.

    4) Change Agent

    • Change management activities ensuring all achievements related tothe business processes under your responsibility are properly achieved (analysis,scope definition, functional design delivery, testing, and closure).

    5) Business Engagement

    • Point of Contact for markets (Business and Local IT),ensuring the promotion and adoption of the IT global solutions and providingwith the standard processes required.
    • Support the markets assigned in the context ofM&S solutions.

    6) Project Management

    • Leading M&S projects under your responsibilitythroughout the different phases (Assessment, Scoping, Planning, Deployment,
      and Closure) in an agile context.
    • Working in partnership with businesscollaborators to ensure main business priorities alignment, and close coordinationand collaboration with the rest of IT partners to ensure project delivery.

    Who are we looking for

    • University degree or equivalent experiencein Engineering, Computer or Technical Sciences.
      Strong IT background.
      . Additional Business Education based on Trade Marketing is a plus.
    • 5+ years holding a functional position.
    • 3+ years of project management experience.
    • Experience with major CRM solutions. (ERP is a plus)
    • Good understanding of Business Intelligence concepts. Experience with BI market
      leader solutions is a plus.
    • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
    • Good communication and social skills: Ability to influence and shapebusiness demand.
    • Good presentation skills.
    • Experience in interaction with the business and end users and ability to transformbusiness requirements into requirements for technical functions.
