    Requirements:
    • #1 Skill and competency: Outstanding Communication (verbal and written) – being able to communicate challenges, explain the status of a request.
    • Co-ordination – being able to co-ordinate the process between businesses, vendors, ISM, management/Senior Procurement Consultant.
    • Educate people about the TPRM process, be an ambassador of the process.
    • Decision making – being able to make decision and escalate to the right owner
    • Quick learner – being able to adapt to changes, learn new process/platform quickly – computer literacy is key since the Client have a SaaS platform. (Client is using Process unity)
    • Documentation – being able document key decisions and maintain all communications
    • Time management – being a self-starter, an owner of the situation and having a solid level attention to detail.
    • Problem Solver – be a problem solver and solution enabler, not a road-blocker.
    • Multi-task and prioritize – with so many stakeholders and outstanding requests, being able to multi-task and prioritize effectively is a must.
    • Initiative taking – Not waiting to be told to follow up.
    • Integrity / Respect / Customer-Drive / Excellence
    • Excellent reporting skills. Proficient in Excel.
    • Vendor Management Experience
    Nice to have capabilities:
    • Procurement Experience
    • Third party contracts
    • General IT Security Knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of privacy, compliance, legal (especially being able to differentiate what's NPI vs Non-NPI; PCI/PHI/PII)
    Added Plus Capabilities
    • Insurance experience
    • 1 to 3 years of working experience
    • Good of understanding of third party vendor contracts
