- Extensive experience on Avaya on prem back end systems (for ex: CMS, AMS, AEM, AEP, Client).
- Experience in general maintenance and operations work (ex: system or server upgrades, certificate updates)
- Very good understanding of SIP based environment.
- Handling P1 and P2 level incidents and complex problems following Major Incidents and Problem Management processes.
- Dealing with other IT team such as network, security, infra
- Autonomy to take on a small project of initiative (analyze the technical requirements, plan and execute the work, update stakeholders on progress)
- Experience in using monitoring tools and tracing logs.
- An expert with Verint call recording and transcription would be very interesting (level 4 would be awesome)
