- Close liason with the Regional Credit Manager and Credit Control team to bring collection issued to resolution;
- Prepares Demand Letter;
- Prepares Statement of Account;
- Update Daily Cash Focus file;
- Update daily status on portal related clients;
- Update using excel formulas monthly Working Capital file;
- Review and assist in resolving unallocated cash receipts and allocations;
- Update daily remit file;
- Performs client review through sales cloud and produce D&B credit checks;
- Produce D&B credit checks on adhoc basis;
- Review Accounts Receivable Inbox and distribute tasks
- Performs such other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on end to end process of Accounts Receivable ;
- Knowledgeable in Credit Management and score tools such as Dun & Bradsheet;
- Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage;
- Experience with ERP Systems is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
