WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR SALES TEAM?Master our service offering, set up appointments and conduct sales meetings.Skills RequiredProven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phoneWorking knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent verbal & written EnglishSkilled in negotiationPersistent and results-orientedPatient and able to handle customer rejection Daily WorkloadCold call people using our CRM to sell our products and servicesAnswer incoming calls and conduct client meetings via Zoom or in office.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefitsAsk pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needsRecord the customer's personal information accurately in a computer systemDeal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputationGo the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Update our company records when you make or receive a phone call with the call details.COMPENSATION PLAN:
₱20,000.00 pesos / Month STARTING WITH REGULAR APPRAISALS + (BONUSES & COMMISSIONS)
