    Finance Intern (Wholesale Bank, Manila Branch)

    The Finance Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on finance accounting experience and learn about the various aspects of the function, specifically in the Banking industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    . Perform a key role in the automation and simplification of working files to comply with End User Computing Policy.

    . Design, create and develop management reports or dashboards based on information requirements of management.

    . Participates and recommends on the development, maintenance and optimization of policies and guidelines within Finance.

    . Assist in the testing, migration and implementation of new systems.

    . Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

    Qualifications:

    . Demonstrated leadership in work and/or academics

    . Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders

    . Excellent technical skills including a very strong command of Microsoft Excel, most notably Visual Basic or Power BI programming

    . Strong project management skills

    . Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment

    . Ability to pay close attention to detail

    . Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

    . Must possess a strong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency in meeting goals and deadlines

    . Ability to influence and think creative and strategically

    . Ability to analyze and solve problems

    We are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria:

    • You should have legal work rights in the country of internship.
    • Can physically report to the office (3-4x a week), with a 9am to 6pm daily full-time work schedule.
    • Familiar with business software (Microsoft suite, especially Excel).
    • Willing to learn and can work well with a team.
