Job summary
The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) is responsible for real-time monitoring of agent adherence, call behaviors, and campaign performance to ensure service level targets are consistently met.Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment with exposure to Workforce Management.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as NICE IEX, Verint, Genesys, Avaya CMS, Amazon Connect, Impact 360.
