Job Description:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
- Planning and supervising tasks carried out by the food preparation staff.
- Accommodate guests' special requests
- Design and formulate new seafood products (fresh, frozen, canned, smoked, etc.).
- Improve taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional profile of existing products.
- Develop marinades, coatings, or value-added seafood products tailored to consumer preferences.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef
- With experience in slicing Sashimi
- Knowledge of cooking methods and technique
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
