    Role Description

    We are seeking Finance and Administrative Staff to support our team. This is a full-time hybrid role that provides the flexibility of some work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of accounts, administration, and coordination duties necessary for the smooth operation of the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, and having a CPA licensure is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, using an accounting software, and mastering Excel spreadsheets
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    • Ability to work independently, on multiple tasks, and under tight deadlines, learn quickly, and be adaptable to change
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
    • Ability to work well in a team environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Experience in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and arranging meetings, creating and maintaining accurate and timely reports.
    • Working knowledge with invoicing, bookkeeping and payments and bank reconciliation reports and other financial reports, numeracy skills, with attention to details.
    • Proficiency with English.
    • Ability to work with all levels of people.

    Responsibilities

    1. Timely and accurate creation and maintenance of financial reports while consulting key stakeholders for validation of reports.
    2. Ensures that the accounting records are accurate, updated and well organized in a certain filing style.
    3. Manages bookkeeping and regularly records and reconciles bank balances, payments, and invoices.
    4. Prepares periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and or annual) with proper working papers - bank statements reconciliation, etc.
    5. Monitors and follows through collections.
    6. Monitors and manages legal permits, taxation, and company documentation.
    7. Assisting with specific projects and tasks as assigned sometimes.
    8. Meets the company set KPIs.
