    The Corporate Sales Staff primarily supports the Section Head in the day-to-day trading activities which includes:

    ⢠Logistical support for the dealers to efficiently fulfill their duties, and

    ⢠Administrative functions, such as procurement and distribution of office supplies, equipment and reimbursement of operating expenses, and acting as reliever of Support Staff, Global Markets Sales

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Provides support to the department by encoding reference FX rates in the FX Distribution Systems and reconciling FX transactions with implementing units
    • Performs administrative functions such as routing, coordinating and monitoring various operational and administrative requests and acting as staff function reliever, subject to adherence to approved policies and procedures
    • Safekeeps and maintains an organize file of documents needed by L4
    • Assists officers in reimbursements of expenses required by the business
    • Coordinates with Support Staff, Corporate & Institutional Sales for the requisition of supplies, equipment and furniture and ensures that these procured assets are timely and properly delivered
    • Promotes culture of fun and camaraderie by organizing and managing company and personnel-related events (such as, but not limited to: team building, summer outing and Christmas party birthday and farewell events)

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Business or any related course
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
