- Establish and manage project lifecycles in the Professional Service Automation system
- Support time and expense entry and approval processes for resources
- Assist in onboarding subcontractors and handle subcontractor time entry and invoice processing
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in operations, finance, accounting, or sales/services operations
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Asana, and Professional Service Automation tools
