3. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the organization's technology capabilities and how they can be leveraged to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate technical feasibility and provide guidance on solution implementation.
4. Solution Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing plans to ensure solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise during testing
5. Business Review: Conduct regular business and technical reviews with partners to track performance, address issues, and identify areas for improvement. Provide product training and enablement sessions to partners' technical teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and support the product.
