    The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Accounting & Finance at KMC:

    Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, handles bank transaction and queries perform accounting functions, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries, and backup of other core treasury functions, e.g. cash position and electronic payments, as assigned. Likewise, as collection specialist, ensuring timely collection of payments, accurate processing and posting of official receipts and achieve 100% collection from list given by accounts receivable team in line with monthly collection list.

    To apply for Accounting & Finance, you are excellent at:

    • Daily updating of bank statement
    • Inquiring daily bank remittances.
    • Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
    • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
    • Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
    • Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss internally.
    • Reviewing and monitoring of aging and assisting in flag list report preparation weekly.
    • Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements weekly.
    • Mailing correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
    • Preparing manual Official receipts.
    • Posting collections of KMC group of companies in NAV system.
    • Preparing monthly collection report of KMC group of companies.
    • Performing bank reconciliations.
    • Assisting in audit inquiries.

    Your Success Profile includes:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1-year experience.
    • Advance knowledge of MS applications
    • Good communication skills - Written and Verbal
    • Good detail orientation.
    • Pro-Active and professional
    • Coachable
    • Can work effective and efficiently with minimal supervision.
