    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the F&B service industry
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple store locations efficiently
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Effective training and coaching skills to ensure staff development
    • Flexibility to travel to various locations within Metro Manila

    Job Description:

    • Conduct regular visits to all of the company's stores within Metro Manila
    • Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including but not limited to quality of service, cleanliness, and product quality
    • Monitor store performance through regular audits, including but not limited to sales, inventory, and cash handling
    • Collaborate with the Head Barista/Trainer to assess training needs and provide support for ongoing training programs
    • Ensure that baristas receive proper training on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to store teams for continuous improvement
    • Act as the primary point of contact between store staff and the management team
    • Gather and communicate feedback, concerns, and issues from store staff to the management for prompt resolution
    • Ensure that staff concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
    • Identify opportunities to improve store operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
    • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures as directed by the management
    • Spend at least two days per week at the company's headquarters for office-related tasks, including meetings, planning, and reporting
