- Responsible for developing, communicating and maintaining the product Roadmap in collaboration with business units of the company.
- Responsible for Plan and prioritize enhancements by managing product backlog and iteration product evolution based on lean principles.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to make sure the product evolution is performed without sacrificing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Platform Operation teams to ensure issues affecting the process are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, and data science to implement growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research, hands on with the product experience (you use what you design), engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their product needs.
- Accountable for the User Experience to ensure our product design and behavior is customer centric and relevant to the target users.
- 5+ proven experience working as Product Manager.
- Experience in data architecture, (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) eCommerce and Supply Chain processes is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile Software Product Development Environment.
- Customer Obsession and detail oriented.
- Experience with Business Analysis and decision making based on relevant data.
- Understanding of both UX and UI.
- Experience working with hybrid teams combining third party providers and in-house teams.
- Experience working with multicultural teams operating in different timezones.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills: you can easily express yourself to others and you're an organized and structured professional.
