- Oversee the seamless execution of product development phases, from conceptualization to post-launch maintenance.
- Manage ongoing product activities, encompassing adoption initiatives, revenue generation strategies, user feedback collection, and continuous version enhancements.
- Drive product improvements and foster an environment of innovation.
- Take the lead in building and launching new products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Act as the primary coordinator and project lead for the product suite.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, providing technical expertise, and ensuring performance standards for successful client engagements.
- Educational Background: Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing/management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Accumulate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or product design and development.
- Revenue Focus: Demonstrated familiarity with driving product revenue is highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the banking industry, financial technology, or credit bureau business is highly desirable.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage mid-to-large size product development and launch projects.
- Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of Scrum and/or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Fintech Exposure: Exposure to APIs and familiarity with Fintech/Digital lenders is desirable.
