    Core Responsibilities:

    • Focuses primarily on integrating various financial products and services of the bank into the platform.
    • Works with various product teams of the bank to understand the technical aspects of each product and how it will interact with other products on the platform
    • Overseas the management of product integration projects, product launches and deployments are well-coordinated with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product integration, and to resolve any issues that may arise
    • Formalizes requirements with Segments, Product Units and technical teams for system integration, product launch (e.g., PACs, BSP approvals) and BAU support
    • Works with platform lead to develop strategic plan for the platform that aligns with the banks overall objective
    • Coordinates with UI/UX to ensure that products to be integrated have an excellent user experience.
    • Works with internal units (e.g., Legal, Compliance, DPO) to ensure platform is fully compliant with all applicable regulations
    • Overseas vendor relationship to manage contracts, handling performance issues, coordinating support when needed
    • Monitors and evaluates the performance of integrated products, gathers user feedback and use gathered information to make improvements (where necessary)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business or any related course
    • At least 5 years of banking industry experience
    • Background in project management, business development, financial analysis, data analysis, regulatory compliance, finance, economics, marketing, information technology and risk management
