- Has at least 5 years of experience in product management and managing the full softwaredevelopment life cycle, from ideation to prototyping, market launch and product sunset
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C products
- Willing to roll up sleeves and perform as part of total productivity and deliverableslike QA, documentation writing and actual development
- Understanding of the media and entertainment industry - live stream, videogames
- Experience using agile methodologies and scrum as product management
- High-quality organizational and leadership skills
- Capable of negotiating with the stakeholders
- Capable of managing and mentoring 2-5 product managers, tester
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Has an analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics
