    Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC in the role of Elite Product Head.

    The role involves spearheading the unit's efforts in developing and implementing new credit card products, enhancing existing products, determining pricing and promotions, and crafting thematic product-specific communication strategies. The primary objective is to bolster sustained business growth and enhance market competitiveness, particularly focusing on the Affluent segment within the market for EastWest Credit Card.

    What The Role Will Entail

    • Spearhead the unit's efforts in developing and implementing new credit card products for the EastWest Credit Card.
    • Drive product-specific enhancements to ensure ongoing relevance and competitiveness in the market, particularly targeting the Affluent segment.
    • Determine pricing and promotional strategies to support sustained business growth and enhance the market competitiveness of the EastWest Credit Card.
    • Craft thematic and product-specific communication strategies to effectively reach and engage the target audience in the Affluent segment.

    What were looking for

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance /Accountancy /Banking, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
    • Atleast 7 years of relevant work experience in Sales and/or Marketing of financial/consumer products.
    • Knowledgeable or with experience in mortgage loans and credit evaluation
    • Good communication skills and sales-oriented.
    • Willing to report on-site.
