- Develops and consistenly updates policies, procedures, processes and techniques to enhance quality of food, equipment, etc.
- Collaboration with the team regularly on new trends, techniques, trainings, etc.
- Bachelor degree in Culinary science or related certificate
- Adequate experience or a background of demonstrated service and competence in his/her previous field of endeavor
- Credentials in health and safety training
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Managerial competence and people management skills
- Effective management of food cost/Kitchen COS
- Effective management of kitchen inventory level and spoilages
