    HR Admin, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    An HR Admin is expected to:
    • Employee/service partners timesheets
    • Vehicle GPS tracking/reporting
    • Employee bonus system/tracking
    • General reporting/data entry
    • Posting/screening and updating hiring ads
    • Take part in weekly meeting (via teams)
    • Employee forms/tracking of stats
    • Creating/posting month training
    • Collecting completion of monthly trainings.
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • 1 – 3 year HR admin experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Prior experience in using , LMN, GeoTab, PA E Doc, Trainual, and Microsoft Office is an advantage
    • Must be amenable to work onsite - Ortigas, Pasig City
    • Must be amenable to work on night hours
