    Job Description

    Our client is one of the world's leading medical technology companies, headquartered out of Europe, they have been operating for more than 150yrs.

    They established an operation in the Philippines more than 20yrs ago, with just a single operating division, and now with more than 600 employees, the company presents a diverse approach to patient care, offering exceptional services in dialysis treatments, and cutting-edge healthcare products such as infusion solutions and devices, sutures, surgical instruments, value added drugs, regional anaesthesia, haemodialysis machines and disposables, and clinical nutrition.

    They currently have 2 legal entities with a total headcount of 650/700 persons.

    They have an internal shared services team working across a variety of support functions who take care of their headcount across the country.

    This includes a finance team of 25 FTEs though said team are separate to the controllership team relevant to this particular role, whereas the team this position will manage currently total 4 FTEs.

    Controllership/business partnering is still in its infancy in the company, and this new role has been identified as necessary to establish this new discipline within the Philippine operation.

    They are looking for a suitably knowledgeable candidate who can come into the company and work in areas such as providing strategic finance decision support, strengthening how they are able to translate the company's financial information, provide advice around pricing, forecasting (both annual and longer term), business planning etc.

    Suitable candidates will need to have had experience in a similar role, e.g. financial controlling, FP&A, and/or business partnering, within a multi-national company based in the Philippines.

    You will be a confident individual, very much at ease interacting and advising stakeholders at all levels upto c-suite and Board.

    Candidates need meet the following criteria:

    .Bachelor's degree in any business related course

    .A minimum of 15yrs working experience in the field of finance

    .A minimum of 5yrs of experience infinancial controlling, FP&A, and business partnering roles

    .Previous experience working in a multi-national company based in the Philippines

    .Proven track record collaborating effectively with both internal and external teams and all key stakeholders (from the very bottom to the very top, 'c-level executives')

    .The ability to engage, build and nurture relationships that will impact on growth and revenue

    .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams

    .High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

    .Previous experience using SAP and reporting tools such as Business Warehouse and Cognos.
